Grow delicate and crunchy snow pea sprouts in your Speedy Sprouter in 5 to 8 days! Enjoy the unique taste of freshly grown food in your favourite dishes and cut down on personal consumption and food waste in the process!

This variety of snow peas can be used to grow both sprouts and micro-greens (as well as the plant itself), resulting in a wide range of uses from just one pack of seeds!

Non-Chemically treated.

Growing Instructions

  1. Add seeds to your Speedy Sprouter
  2. Rinse your new seeds in water to clean them
  3. Drain water out
  4. Submerse seeds in warm water at a 1:4 ratio of seeds to water
  5. Let your seeds soak overnight
  6. Turn your Speedy Sprouter upside down and allow it to drain for 8 hours in a cool shaded place
  7. Rinse your seeds and drain again for another 8 hours (Note: if you want to consume your sprouts raw, rinse them more often, for example every 6 hours.)
  8. Repeat step 7 until your sprouts have grown to an adequate size
  9. Sprouts can be placed in sunlight on their final day of growth to develop their flavour and provide a richer, greener colour.

Note: Always stop the sprouting process before the first set of leaves grow, some sprouts need to be cooked before eating. Check seed pages for seed-specific instructions before growing.

Grew too much

Tasted great and I really liked it, but they just grew too big and I wasnt really sure when to cut them - so I got heaps of long roots and had to cut the sprouts and plant the roots (which then started growing)
