We love being as transparent as possible to help ensure that you get the best possible service from our warehouse team!

Delivery

If you order a pickup item you can pick up your products from our warehouse by dropping in Monday, Wednesday and Friday (10:30 am - 2:30 pm), even if your pickup order is not yet ready our team will prepare it for you as a priority if you are there. (excludes out of stock items) 

Our order cut off time is 9.30am on any working day therefore it is also realistic to set expectations. This means if you order after 9.30am on a working day your order may not be packed until next working day. 

Most order deliveries are pretty fast but again we rely on external sources like AusPost or in some instances couriers to deliver our packages.

Quality control

Every order is double checked by two staff to ensure that you get the right items the first time. We understand many of our products are bought as gifts, and knowing this we do our best to make sure that our packaging is beautiful and neat - while also being robust enough to handle any rough rides across our massive continent.

Packaging

The vast majority of our products are packed in cardboard boxes or compostable biobags. We use minimal plastic and are working toward zero waste. We understand many of our products are bought as gifts and we do our best to make sure that our packaging is neat but also robust to handle any rough rides across our massive continent. We offer a free service to add a special note to a card you have purchased. Please feel to write the note when you place your order, If you plan ahead, we are happy to gift wrap your orders for you. 

Work Days

The warehouse team works Monday, Wednesday and Friday (10:30 am - 2:30 pm), which means that if you order an item on Sunday night and live close to our warehouse, you may get your products by Monday afternoon if you're lucky. However, it is also realistic to set expectations, this means if you order on Monday night, your product may not be sent out until Wednesday.
