How It Works
Light from the sun comes in a wide range of wavelengths. Most of the light from the sun is wasted on plants as they just need a few specific wavelengths of light to grow. These useful wavlengths typically fall in the blue and red section of the visible light spectrum (between 400-500nm and 600-700nm). Our grow lights replicate this by using Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) that emit those useful wavelengths. The wavelengths emitted by this grow light can be seen in the picture. When all of these lights mix - they appear as white light to the human eye. Setting up your grow light
Setting up your grow light is a breeze! It comes fully assembled, so all you need to do is clip it onto a table, shelf or other surface, and arrange the lights over your plants.Positioning your grow light
Ensure the light stays at least 10cm from any leaves (so as to not burn the leaves).- Adjust the timer to suit your plant's needs
- 12hrs for plants in spaces with low light levels
- 9hrs for spaces which receive indirect natural light
- 3hrs for plants in high natural light environments).
- Also consider the natural environment of the plant you are growing - indoor plants may not need much supplementary light, whereas something like basil will need a lot.
- Adjust light brightness; we suggest starting on a dim setting and building up to the brightest setting, this will allow your plants time to adjust. If you see your leaves "burning" or browning, reduce the light intensity.

2nd set of grow lights
I loved my first set so much I needed another to get me through last winter. Unfortunately I noticed a technical glitch after a few months so they were returned (at no expense to myself) and a replacement issued. They are working perfectly and my plants grow beautifully under them. I love the bendy arms on these lights - very handy to get the light where you need it. Thanks for the awesome service Tamara ❤️

A well designed grow light product
I've been using the grow light for about 3 weeks now and my plants are thriving. I like how the lights can be set on a timer so I don't need to worry about remembering to turn it on/off. I also like how the heads are long and adjustable to project the light directly onto my plants.

Full spectrum LED grow light
Love the timer on this light…6 hours for summer hours, as my dark corner is brighter during the summer, but I will do 12 hours in winter. Fast delivery during the Xmas time, and , yes , it is making my plants happier

Day spa for my plants
I have recently purchased some rather exotic plants & found that I couldn’t bring myself to put them outside. Living in a home that has very low light conditions, this posed a problem. I jumped online and found this site & ordered a light. I ordered on the Sunday night before cup day & living in Melbourne I expected the light to arrive the following week….I was ecstatic when the light arrived Thursday & I can already tell that at least one of my plant babies are loving the light…within a couple of hours the plant had moved around to where I had positioned the light. I have now ordered another of these lights and a blue/red one….let the indoor nursery begin! Lol! I would recommend, both the lights & the service. Outstanding Thanks Urban.

Full Spectrum LED Grow Light
The clip is strong and stable and am very happy with the lights, which adjust easily in all directions. New growth in my plants means they are happy too. Would recommend.

This light gives me the blues.
Product is great, does everything a light should do, except when you turn it off. The control switch glows quite brightly in the dark, lighting the room in eerie blue. I have plenty of functioning lights so don’t need this particular one to be found in the dark. Would much prefer if it was off when I turned it off.

Great set of lights
My home is naturally dark, so until I bought UPG's full spectrum lights, any plant I brought home would die a really sad death. Now though, with my lights (this is my second set) they are all shouting in the air a big hooray, as they are happy happy plants.

Full Spectrum Grow lights

Love!
Love these grow lights! Bought the three stem ones. Love the variety of settings and the auto timers. The fact you can move the heads and point them in different directions is game changing! Perfect for brightening up those areas that just don't get enough light so you can still arrange your plants how you want.

100% Would recommend
I bought these for my four larger plants that I couldn't fit near any windows with good sun and they have been thriving under the grow lights. I still carry my monstera outside when I have time as it's very big and I feel like it could still benefit from some direct sun for a few hours. But they save me from needing to lift any of the others outside and keep them safer from pests by staying indoors. The timers are an amazing and very appreciated function as well.

Functional plant lights
My apartment receives almost no direct sunlight and it's been challenging to grow herbs. This plant light has been a great help! My order was dispatched quickly and received before the estimated delivery date, impressive for a rural center. My plants are looking a lot fuller and healthier now, and I can take them off my very narrow windowsill where they are at risk of falling. The lamp arms could be a little longer. Also, the control panel is very basic, but functional. I'd be interested in a smart grow lamp option in the future, Urban Plant Growers!
