Nasturtiums are a great way to add a little colour to the kitchen, while also being super tasty! Grow them hydroponically in your indoor grow kits to save time, water, and stress!
Nasturtiums prefer to be planted quite deep in the soil, this helps it grow strong stems, so plant them about 2 cm deep. Nasturtium can be eaten at all stages of growth however if you want a more peppery flavour, wait until the plant has matured!
All of the nasturtium is edible, try adding a few flowers to some vinegar for a dressing to add a spicy kick to a salad or toss a few of the leaves into a sandwich for some added flavour
