I’ve just harvested my first small tray of Salad Pea Microgreens and they are by far my favourite of ALL the varieties I have grown so far!
They were super easy to get going, grew easily and quickly and from a small tray (around 13x35cm), I got just shy of 200gm of greens ❤
I’m going to both munch on the shoots and make a Pea Shoot pesto
